Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Noor Islamic Academy’s website, learning platform and classes. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrolment & trial
Every student begins with a free placement session to determine their level. Enrolment is confirmed once your first payment is received. Programs are offered for adults and for children aged 5–12 (with parental consent).
2. Payments & promotions
Tuition is billed monthly in advance. Quarterly plans receive 10% off and yearly plans 25% off the standard rate. Promotional offers, such as the $5-off first-month intro offer, apply only as described and for the stated period.
3. Cancellation
There are no long-term binding contracts. You may cancel at any time before the start of the next billing month; your access continues until the end of the paid period. Completed months are non-refundable.
4. Code of conduct
We ask all students to engage respectfully with teachers and peers, attend scheduled sessions on time, and uphold the ethical spirit of the Academy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Intellectual property
Lesson materials, recordings, and platform content are owned by Noor Islamic Academy and provided for your personal learning only. They may not be redistributed or resold without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected period.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
