Noor Islamic Academy (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website and learning platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone or WhatsApp), the program you choose, scheduling information, the messages you send us, and, for the learning platform, your lesson progress and quiz results. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your information
To deliver and schedule your live classes, match you with a teacher, process enrolments and payments, track learning progress, respond to your enquiries, and send essential service updates. We do not sell your data.
3. Children & parental consent
Children aged 5–12 may use Noor Kids Academy only with verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, given during onboarding. A parent may review, export, or request deletion of their child’s data at any time. We collect the minimum necessary for lessons and never use children’s data for advertising.
4. Cookies
This website is a static marketing site. It sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers. Your language choice is reflected in the page address, not stored on your device. When the learning platform launches, only strictly necessary cookies (such as keeping you signed in) will be used, and this notice will be updated accordingly.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers who help us operate (for example video conferencing, payment processing and hosting), under contract and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@nooreducation.org and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
